This was my first attempt at making fondant (the marshmallow variety). And while I'm not ready to work at Charm City Cakes, I think I did a passable job. After I snapped this photo, I put dabs of butter cream frosting in the green and red circles, and then stuck the candles in there (a 5 for Kayla, an 8 for Will).
